James manages the Nottingham Finance and HR team alongside recruiting senior HR positions across Nottinghamshire. After graduating from Sterling University with a 1st in Marketing James joined the Next graduate scheme, 12 months in he made the move to join the Macildowie graduate scheme where he has enjoyed continued success. James has experience of recruitng both Finance & HR staff and boast strong client relationships with the likes of Boots, E-on and Gala.
Away from work James is a keen golfer, with a handicap of 2 he's the first name on the Macildowie team sheet.
