James joined Macildowie in 1995 and has spent the past 14.5 years recruiting part-qualified to senior permanent and interim appointments in both HR and Finance, across the Midlands for clients ranging from FTSE 100 businesses to SMEs. Having successfully launched our HR Division in 2002 James has recently moved offices to drive the expansion of the HR discipline in the South Midlands region (covering Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Milton Keynes).
Away from work James has his own recording studio and plays guitar in a band.
