Joanna began her working life in the Police force, becoming the youngest ever Sergeant in the Leicestershire Constabulary before deciding on a career change and a move into recruitment. Joanna joined Macildowie 6 years ago and has established herself as one of Leicestershire’s best recruiters. Jo sits on the senior management team, runs the Leicester Division and recruits Qualified accountants for both Blue Chip’s and SME's. She has recruited in the Midlands for 8 years and boasts a very impressive network of key contacts.
Outside of work Jo enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter as well as developing her property.
