After graduating in 2006 Shivani spent three years working as a Careers Advisor before embarking on a career within the recruitment sector working for a leading Plc business in Central London. Shivani then decided to return to the East Midlands, and joined Macildowie in 2012 to specialise in recruitment for Clerical and Administration within the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes region . She recruits for both Temporary and Permanent positions and is working closely with a number of Blue Chip companies.
Away from work Shivani enjoys keeping fit and has a passion for travelling the globe.
