An opportunity has a risen to work within the vibrant open plan Finance department of one of the UK's most successful businesses. The position is within the Head Office site situated in Nottingham and is within the Pension team of 4 and due to maternity cover required within the team.
For this opportunity you will need to have had experience in this field and able to complete the below role duties
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Issue Pension invitations
· Issue pension packs
· Apply for life assurance via Mercers
· Collect members and employers contributions
· Balance up the pension scheme per period against Finance reports
· Track any missed contributions and advise member of options
· Identify members on maternity/paternity/adoption leave
· Prepare 12 months salary details for new maternities
· Ensure that payments are made to all parties within OPRA timescale
· Code up monthly invoices from Medical Advisor
· Distribution of literature for Trustees
· Assist with pension renewal & April increases
