Macildowie are recruiting for a strong Semi Senior to join a progressive practice in Derbyshire who are taking on new work and need to expand their team. Having recently moved to new premises my client is looking for an ambitious individual with at least 2 years experience in accounts preparation.
The role will involve the following:
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts based on clients manual records or accountancy software records. You will be dealing with a mixture of Partnerships and Limited companies.
- Personal tax and corporation tax returns with the occasional need for capital gains tax computations
- Assisting in Audits based at the clients premises
- Company secretarial work and other compliance matters for incorporated companies
- Consulting with clients based on their statutory accounts and tax return interpretation
