THE OPPORTUNITY:
A successful manufacturing company based in Earl Shilton urgently require an immediately available candidate to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To improve the efficiency of all departments by providing a support service in terms of office administration and customer liaison
Process customer orders
Contact customers to confirm delivery dates
Filing
Archiving
Compile brochures
Despatch brochures
Process outgoing post
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Essential:
Excellent communication skills
Grade C minimum in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
Organised and through
Computer literate
