Macildowie are working with a strong manufacturer in South Derbyshire who is looking to replace a Cost Accountant position in a growing team. Market leaders in their field with an excellent research and development programme set to improve their trading position further they are an impressive organisation to be a part of moving forward.
Responsibilities:
To support the operations in all aspects of cost accounting and analysis ensuring that accurate cost information is available to Senior Managers at all times.
To support the management accountant with month end and producing KPI packs.
Accruals/prepayments, analysis coding, nominal accounts reconciliations, stock taking and inter-site transfers, stock valuation and reconciling off site stocks.
You will be expected to analyse actual material costs and prepare periodic reports.
