An opportunity has arisen for a credit control supervisor to join an organisation within Leicester who operates in a niche industry.
You will be over looking a team of 9 credit controllers who deal directly with clients. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the credit control department covering all aspects of credit control collecting outstanding debt from a selection of clients, conducting performance reviews and setting collection targets for the team.
You will also have the duty of reporting the department performance figures to the Financial Controller.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of supervising a large team, be highly performance driven, enthusiastic and have a hard working nature. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to do V-lookups will also be a big advantage as this role demands a large amount of data processing on spreadsheets.
