THE OPPORTUNITY:

An opportunity has been created for individuals looking for a rewarding position for a well established business based in Manchester. You will be working as part of a small friendly creditcontrol team and will be responsible for proactively managing a ledger of approximately 500 live accounts.



THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Chasing customers for outstanding payments to minimise aged debt and maximise cash collection

• Negotiating payment plans, resolving account queries

• Allocating payments against customer accounts and preparing an aged debtors report

• Building strong relationships through regular contact

• Setting up new customer accounts

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Essential:

• Proven Credit Control experience

• Ability to build up long lasting relationships

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise your workload
