Job Specification
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts, forecast and budgets
• General ledger maintenance including reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
• Credit control and general maintenance of the businesses sales ledgers
• Cash book maintenance, bank reconciliations and cashflow reporting
• Profitability and cost centre reporting to management and budget holders
• Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving supplier payment queries
• Legislative reporting including VAT and Intrastat submissions
Person Specification
• Part qualified with a minimum 1st stage passes in a professional accounting qualification
• A sound grasp of maintaining financial ledgers and preparing financial reports
• Experience of SAP a distinct advantage
• Enthusiastic, positive and driven by a eagerness to learn and develop
• An aptitude to communicate effectively across all levels and functions within the business
