An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our client, one of the leading contact centres in the UK. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have significant experience working as a Finance Professional within a call/contact centre environment. You will be responsible for providing financial information to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision making. You must be a confident communicator who will constructively challenge operations managers during the budgeting and forecasting process. The successful applicant will be highly commercial and numerate with experience of building complex financial models.
