Supporting the Customer Experience function, you will drive cost to serve reductions, build capabilities that lead to improved business performance and profitability, and improve customer engagement.
This role supports tasks around the short and medium term performance and financial reporting of the business.
The team analyses, challenges and communicates the performance of the Customer Experience function, ensuring that it remains on track and enabling performance issues to be aired and resolved at the earliest opportunity.
