Macildowie are recruiting for a strong SME Finance Manager with great management experience and an understanding of how to grow a business. Reporting into the Financial Director you will take control of the entire accounts department and the day to day operations of the division.
The core responsibilities include:
Month End closure and presentation to board
Investigation of variances
Budgeting and forecasting with non-finance managers
Overseeing 4 ledger staff and 1 accounts assistant
Implementing a new system within 18 months of starting the post.
Ad hoc projects including – lean manufacturing, administration process & training procedures
This ‘hands on’ role would suite a Newly Qualified/Late stages CIMA studier with extensive experience of the SME environment. Excel skills to pivot tables and v look ups would be preferred. Please apply with a CV.
