An excellent opportunity to join a subsidiary of a large manufacturing / construction business based in Northamptonshire. This core part of the business supports the group in providing commercial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
Managing a team of five staff and reporting to the Managing Director and the Group Finance Director, you will have full autonomy of the day to day running of the finance team. As Financial Controller and number one on site, this is a business critical role, heavily focussed around company strategy and planning. A relaxed culture, my client requires a hands on Controller that can partner the business.
Your responsibilities will include providing weekly and monthly reporting to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, VAT, Tax, and supporting a solid team of up and coming accountants.
Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant.
