Global Finance Shared Services Controller required to join a leading FTSE service business based in Nottingham. This is a newly created role within an established UK based Shared Service Centre (SSC) with intentions of expanding on an international scale into South America, Australia, & Asia. The successful candidate is required to be an experienced qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with demonstrable experience of leading & developing complex SSC’s, preferably on an international scale.
In this role you will take a key role in developing & driving best practice across a multi channel, truly international business in relation to financial shared services. You take a pivotal senior level role & oversee the management of over 150 staff as the SSC model looks to expand to over 200 staff over the next 3 years. Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate can expect an element of international travel on a fairly regular basis.
