THE OPPORTUNITY:
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
My client is a leading UK brand based in Northamptonshire. Following a period of sustained growth my client has promoted a number of senior managers and as a result I am now recruiting this vacancy.
Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Group Acquisitions Director, you will lead and manage the preparation and execution of the Group’s business strategy, mainly in the area of capital investment and acquisitions.
Manage, evaluate, prepare and present capital projects for discretionary spend in excess of £100,000 (and often multi-million) for all Group brands, maintaining good lines of communication with other departments
Prepare high level analysis for the annual strategy review, competitor analysis and research into new markets
Negotiate acquisition contracts with vendors and lawyers, deliver acquired businesses to the Group and manage post completion accounting
Your current Experience
You will have worked in a Top 10 practice firm and will have experience of working in Corporate Finance. Ideally you will be ACA or ACCA qualified.
