My client is a reputable manufacturing business with a local business presence, which over the last 12 months has seen dramatic growth in their sector. Reporting to and supporting the board of directors, you will have overall responsibility for the organisation’s financial and commercial decision making.
The current Finance Director is due to retire in the first quarter of 2012 hence the reason for recruiting a replacement. As an all encompassing head of finance, the successful applicant will be a hands on SME Financial Controller with a manufacturing background. Your day to day responsibilities will include management and financial reporting, Tax, VAT, and liaising with the banks and auditors. You will also be responsible for company secretarial duties.

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Essential: ACA / ACCA or CIMA Qualified / QBE
Desirable: Manufacturing background
