THE OPPORTUNITY:
My client is a leading international PLC. Following a year of steady growth my client is looking to drive profitability with the Governance arm of the business and as a result is looking to recruit a Head Of Finance.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide financial management support and leadership across the governance community. Measure and review performance with the relevant Directors against targets, interpret performance trends and recommend solutions to mitigate risks and realise opportunities.
Provide challenge and alternatives to ensure business decisions are appropriate for delivery of the Governance element of the corporate strategy.
Integral part of the decision making process in respect of the budget and forecast submissions and in the establishment and maintenance of a control environment
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You will have strong commercial finance experience from a large business.
This role will ideally suit and CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified.
