Macildowie have been asked to find them a new HR Professional to lead all generalist HR operational activity for their 270 strong work-force. Based at Head Office, in Long Eaton, and servicing a group of nurseries across the East Midlands, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire regions this role will offer great variety day to day.
You will specifically be accountable for leading disciplinary and grievance procedures, managing some performance issues, and reporting and actioning attendance and absence data. You will also be involved in recruitment, training and Hr projects. Reporting into HR and Head of Operations, you will lead a team of staff assisting in their development.
You will have a significant level of experience in generalist HR issues, and will have previously run disciplinary procedures up to and including dismissal. You will have run recruitment end to end, and have been involved in training delivery.
CIPD or similar qualification would be a requirement.
