THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you are keen to progress and want to work in a closely integrated HR team that will continue to grow then this position could be ideal. This role will require you to process all aspects of the monthly salary payments consisting of pensions, bonus, overtime and deductions and to process new starters and leavers through the HR and Payroll system. In this role you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process through advertising and managing applications. Your typical duties will include the maintenance of HR and Payroll system, preparing and producing reports and analysis such as attrition or a FTE for management as requested.. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so you will need to remain calm under pressure and have a diplomatic approach to working in a confident and accurate manner
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Strong HR administration skills
- Payroll experience
- Excellent spoken/written communication skills
- Experience of providing guidance, support and coordination to a HR function
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified or part-qualified
