THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The company is looking for a HR Graduate who will be working alongside senior stakeholders including HR Directors, Senior Business Partners and Managers; you will help implement new HR projects and systems to support colleagues across all regions and business units.
You must be of Graduate calibre having obtained a 2:1 or above and will have a strong understanding of MS Office; Generalist HR experience, Project or HR Analyst experience will be an advantage. Most importantly, the company are looking for someone who has high attention to detail and is organised and passionate about delivering consistently high levels of service.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• CIPD qualified or degree in Human Resources
• High attention to detail
• Excellent spoken/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well in a team and individually
• Flexible and adaptable
• Excellent at meeting deadlines
• Computer literacy- proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable:
• Private sector experience
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of working in a large business
• Full UK driving license
