An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a highly commercial and fast paced business in Kings Lynn. Reporting in directly to the Managing Director and with line responsibility for a HR Administrator you will be expected to deliver the HR agenda and develop the managers. Working closely with the Directors and the Area Managers you will be responsible for all employee relations activity, recruitment campaigns, employee development and training and development.
You will be someone who is used to working autonomously and making improvements to processes and systems. You will have the ability to build relationships at a senior level and will be able to provide solutions for commercial issues that mitigate risk to the business. There is also a real need for someone to have a learning and development backgrounds in order to be able to design and deliver training for managers.
