Are you a HR Manager with FMCG or Manufacturing experience looking for a new challenge? Our leading client is looking for a HR Manager to come and support one of their prestigious sites. Reporting into the MD you will have responsibility for about 500 employees.
We are looking for someone who can operate at a strategic level but can also influence across all levels. You will also be required to manage a team of three, take the lead in the provision of a comprehensive, responsive and professional day to day advisory service on key Personnel matters. You will also be required to develop and support the delivery of the People & Development Strategy in line with the annual Four Year Plan in conjunction with the Senior Team to support growth, development and performance.
You will need to be fully CIPD qualified, expeince of manufacturing or FMCG and have excellent working knowledge of UK Employment law and working practices
