Macildowie are looking for an HR Manager to join the Coal Authority based in Mansfield.
Along with team management responsibilities you will provide a company wide comprehensive HR service covering a broad remit including; recruitment and selection, pay and reward, performance management, employee relations, training and development and job evaluation. You will also provide HR advice on all strategic and organisational issues and in conjunction with the Head of HR and Organisational Development develop HR Strategies and manage their practical and cultural implementation across the business.
You will be an HR professional who has gained a significant depth and breadth of experience across a range of HR areas and have a proven track record of managing HR teams and implementing HR policies. You will be able to demonstrate where you have worked in an organisation that has gone through organisational change programmes including cultural change and be able to evidence where you have established performance management measures. You will be someone who can work on their own initiative and take responsibility for the development and implementation of HR projects; you will be goal orientated and task driven and have a proven track record of influencing senior management. Having HR project experience such as working with IIP would be an advantage.
