THE OPPORTUNITY:
My leading logistics client look is looking to appoint a HR Officer on a permanent basis.
The role will involve providing operational HR support to employees across multiple site. Typical duties include:
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing employee relations & grievance / disciplinary cases to successful resolution.
Providing regional support to 5+ sites.
Coordination recruitment campaigns as required.
Dealing with day to day HR queries at all levels by phone, email and in person, escalating to the HR Manager where appropriate.
Ensure all HR polices and procedures are up to date and legislatively compliant.
Production of reports as required on: headcount, retirement, absence data, recruitment activities.
Supporting senior managers with business transformation projects inc. redundancy.
This is an excellent opportunity for any HR Officer looking for a hands on operation role within a highly regarded business within their field.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Essential: You will have a strong track record at HR Officer level with previous exposure to the above. This is an urgent need for my client and would suit applicants who are immediately available or available at short notice.
