THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will be responsible for handling the end to end recruitment process which will include successfully sourcing candidates through writing advertisements, dealing with recruitment agencies and acting as the first point of call for candidate enquiries. Previous experience of direct sourcing would de ideal as you will be utilising social media avenues such as LinkedIn and Monster when sourcing the ideal candidates. You will also be required to ensure a swift and proficient hiring of employees by booking and arranging interviews with candidates/hiring managers, assisting/carrying out interviews with recruitment line managers, liaising with managers to ensure the candidates put forward are suitable and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Relevant degree or equivalent knowledge gained through experience
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Capable of using own initiative and able to work with minimal supervision
- Flexible in working hours
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experienced in working with confidential information; high integrity
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Desirable:
- CIPD qualified or part-qualified
- HR Information Systems and HR Administration
- Experience of assessment centres
- Full driving license
