This is a high profile role, where you will be thought of as a leader and play a key role in defining the Corporate Strategy and M&A Agenda. You will also be responsible for the continual development/build of a high performing finance team. You will design/ develop and implement KPI's to deliver long term business plans. Ability to negotiate, lead and evaluate the due diligence process. Develop integration strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success within M&A, strategy/consulting. You will have first class interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at board level.
