A role has arisen within a Blue chip organisation for a HR Assistant to join a dynamic team in this fast paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant looking for career progression to further their skills.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an experienced HR Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisors in the following capacities.
You will be responsible for dealing with the recruitment cycle end to end. This will involve advertising positions, assisting managers with application forms and screening applicants.
You will also be responsible for assisting in disciplinary and grievance matters and following company procedures. This role will also involve you participating directly in meetings and assisting in proceedings.
You will be tasked with compiling absence management reports and presenting these to your superiors. You will be following up on all unauthorised absences and deal with the company sick plan.
Along with the above responsibilities you will also be responsible for reference checking, payroll duties, and dealing with all starters and leavers within the department.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Have proven background within HR and be immediately available to begin a 12 month contract
Part or Fully CIPD Qualified.
