THE OPPORTUNITY:

An interim opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/Senior Business Partner has arisen for one of Northamptonshire’s most prestigious company’s. The purpose of the role is to lead the delivery of HR Projects and initiatives across various business divisions, by acting as a key liaison between senior management and the wider HR function

 

THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

With a national remit, reporting to an HR Director the role will entail:

Group HR People Strategy

Working with HR Business Partners to influence the group people strategy and wider Hr team plans.

Championing the delivery of Group HR initiatives

Operational

Identify critical business issues and anticipate the people management interventions required

 to address them

Liaising with the wider HR team to deliver any HR Solutions that may not be accounted for in the strategy

Working in partnership with the Shared Services team to ensure high levels of service.

 

Talent Management

Working with HR Business Partners to identify and implement the strategic talent management objectives

Working with senior management teams identifying their talent management priorities

Working with the ‘high potential’ population

Driving the performance management agenda

 

Culture/Change Management

Work closely with senior management to role model and deliver culture change in their teams

Coaching and educating senior management to identify the key levers of change

Strengthening existing skills sets and behaviours to support senior management to raise their capability to lead and manage change

 

Measurement & Costs

Translating HR Objectives into business results

Advising on cost implications

Have robust measurements in place to measure return on investment, costs and progress against objectives using appropriate human capital data

Interpret data and share with senior management to influence decisions or raise awareness of key issues

 

HR Projects

To represent the HR team on all HR projects

Drive the delivery of Key HR Projects, acting as a liason between the project teams and the HR/Operations business teams

Regularly update the HR Business Partners, HR Team and key business stakeholders on progress of projects at each stage

Provide HR contribution to business projects, identifying interdependencies which have a people impact and influence decisions made

 

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Business Partner model experience essential

Multisite experience

Delivery focused – strategy is in place

Client focused

Track record of delivering change through initiatives/projects
