Internal Controls Accountant required for Warwickshire.
Our client has an interim requirement to ensure that all financial controls are complied with in a consistent and professional manner and an appropriate control framework (including Sarbanes-Oxley) is operating to ensure all certification is achieved. You will be working in a small team providing a comprehensive governance, risk and compliance service across the business.
Extensive experience in Sarbannes Oxley controls and compliance is essential along with previous exposure to VAT and tax processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work to tight dead-lines unsupervised is a pre-requisite. You will also be an excellent communicator, influencer and systems literate.
