THE OPPORTUNITY:
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project modelling on excel and on Argus
Extraction of data from Microsoft database, consolidating data and analysis of data for mgmt reporting / information
Liaison with third party software and hardware providers
First / second level IT support to all users in office and for remote working
Produce and update IT manual for reference
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
IT and business analysis background or qualifications
System / software knowledge across Microsoft Office and SQL databases
Excellent knowledge of Excel & building Excel based models
Knowledge of Argus property software and IRIS accounting software an advantage but training can be provided
Commercial, proactive and able to work in fast paced pressured environment
Strong communication skills, confident dealing with senior management
