THE OPPORTUNITY:
Macildowie is currently recruiting a fantastic new opportunity for a Logistics Accounts Manager to join a leading Manufacturing business.
This is a new role within the business.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Account management – ongoing supervision and management to ensure successful delivery of the logistics service to the specified client
· Project management and regular meetings with customers
· Assist with the development of improved processes
· Work in conjunction with other account management teams to identify and implement logistics service improvements across the entire business
· Financial reporting
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
· Ideally candidates will have either previous account management or customer facing experience
· Previous background in logistics/supply chain
· Strong organisation skills
· Excellent communication and consultancy skills
· Flexibility to do multi-site visits as required
· Flexibility to work away from home as required
