Macildowie are working with a growing SME in a remote part of Staffordshire. This progressive firm on expanding premises is hoping to find a newly qualified management accountant to work beneath the Financial Director, with progression to Financial Controller for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities include:
Complete production of the management accounts, KPI packs and flash reports for senior management.
Accruals/prepayments and overseeing of the sales/purchase ledger and credit control – 3 staff in all.
Conducting lean manufacturing, waste management and administration projects to improve the company’s processes.
Analysis of labour costs and process – for presentation to FD and senior board.
Management Accountant position should be converted to Financial Controller within 12 months as the company grows.
