THE OPPORTUNITY: Are you a HR Assistant who is looking for part-time hours? Do you have experience in recruitment? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain more experience in Employee Relations? Do you want to work in a fast paced team for a successful business in the Midlands? Do you have experience of using the social media to promote brand awareness? Have you used social media as a recruitment tool? This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator or Advisor to utilise their HR knowledge and build upon their employee relations experience whilst working in one of the most progressive professional service firms in the UK.

THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

If you are keen to develop and want to work in a closely integrated HR team then this position could be ideal.  In this role you will be responsible for maintaining HR Administrative systems. Your typical duties will include managing the recruitment process to ensure that the company effectively attracts a high standard of candidates ensuring that there is the required level of talent and skill across the business. You will be responsible for managing and implementing social media as a way of recruiting talent in to the business and promoting brand awareness.  Alongside this you will provide advice and support to all line managers across the business on all company policies and procedures. You will have involvement and provide support in health and safety issues and you will carry out ad hoc project work when required. You will be working in a fast-paced environment so you will need to remain calm under pressure and have a diplomatic approach to working in a confident and accurate manner

Desirable:

• CIPD qualified or part-qualified

• One years experience of working at generalist officer level

• Supervisory experience
