My client seeks an experienced payroll manager to take sole control of their payroll function in a newly formed team of two including this post and a payroll administrator due to the centralisation of the finance function and the need for a dedicated payroll team.

In the full capacity of the role you will be responsible for the full process of 4-5 Payrolls with an excess of 3500 payees, paid weekly, monthly and four weekly which includes processing pensions and benefits.

You will report to the Financial Controller and work in a small friendly finance team of 10 with the responsibility of your payroll administrator which we are also actively recruiting. This company boasts fantastic retention in an idyllic location that few companies have the pleasure of working in.
