My client is looking for an experienced Product Training Manager from the same sector
In this role you would be:
· Responsible for all aspects of product training and product cross sale development
· Responsible for developing the product training agenda and acting as an expert consultant to support the business development activity in the sales teams
· Attend customer meetings with New Business Managers and Relationship Managers do drive incremental product cross sales across all segments of the business
What You Will Need:
· Extensive knowledge and experience in training design and delivery
· Proven track record in sales / product training
· High level of knowledge around product training life cycle
· Conversant in the principles of TAS and / or Solution selling
· Understanding of training best practice and training with sales teams
· Design capability for induction, lesson & module design
· Ability to analyse information, research possible options and provide logical recommendations
