THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisor with the day to day administration of HR recruitment and processes. You will also be required to support the HR Advisor in the proactive operation of the HR function. You will deal with the administration of the recruitment process which will include liaising with managers and applicants. Other responsibilities will include preparation of person specifications and job descriptions, co-ordinating interviews, issuing employee paperwork and updating and maintaining the HR System and personnel files.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
• Recruitment administration experience
• Understanding of HR processes
• Understanding of Recruitment procedures which includes sourcing candidates, creating job descriptions and matching skills
• Ability to work in strictest confidence
• High attention to detail
Desirable:
• CIPD qualified or part-qualified
• HR Administration experience
• Experience using HR Systems
