We currently require a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding business and enviable client base. With the majority of business being based on referral our client has an outstanding reputation within the Finance and Human Resources sector regionally.
Working in our growing HR Division, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with the ability to nurture client and candidate relationships at all levels and to account manage an existing client base. The successful candidate will form part of a highly successful, supportive and motivated team and will have the opportunity for long term career progression.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Key Duties:
*Account management and maximising all new business opportunities
*Expanding upon an existing client base
*Supporting clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
*Client review meetings
*Support with the development of junior team members
Key Skills/Experience Required:
*Proven experience within the HR recruitment sector beneficial but not essential
*Experience of working with large corporate / Blue Chip clients along with SME’s
*Excellent presentation skills
*Strong sales skills, enthusiasm and tenacity
