THE OPPORTUNITY:
An incredible opportunity has arisen for a strong Recruitment Manager to join a global PLC company offering a fantastic package to a passionate individual.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role will require you to target the commercial recruitment and resourcing services across the uk for the business.
You will involve yourself with internal recruitment and have the ability to pinpoint talent within the company for development.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating assessment centres for senior management level recruitment.
You will oversee and facilitate recruitment campaigns and implement an efficient response management system.
You will develop a strong working relationship with outsourced suppliers and manage tiered agreement policies.
Alongside colleagues you will develop an understanding for requirements and design profiles and job descriptions accordingly.
Parallel to these responsibilities you will be required to carry out and present forecasts and reports for analysis.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Must have a passion for recruitment and for the highest standards.
