THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie is currently working with Nottingham City Council to recruit a number of Service Redesign Consultants. Nottingham City Council is undergoing a period of significant change and they are looking to recruit individuals to work closely with their senior management team to provide expert advice and guidance to enable their Departments to meet objectives and improve services across the city.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key focus of this role will be to consult on redesign projects which will involve understanding of restructure, redundancy and TUPE. With a proven track record of managing projects to cost and time, you will have comprehensive knowledge of employment law. Working with Unions, senior colleagues and councillors, you will have ability to build strong working relationships. You will have change management experience and the capability to provide the tools for managers to ensure any cultural changes are embedded and smooth business transformation takes place.
