THE OPPORTUNITY:
A permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join my client on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify and develop new business and manage existing customer portfolios within a given region in order to increase sales and maximize profitability.
Proactively seeking to develop opportunities within the local
• To self generate, develop and manage new business opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers to maximize sales/profit opportunities
• Effectively manage prospect relationships, negotiating new partner contracts and ensuring that contracts are in place where required
• Support all existing sales channels
• Assist in debt management
• Support network operations in successful fulfillment of customer requirements
• Maintain relationships with the key influencers and decision makers and effectively develop these relationships at all appropriate levels
• Analyse customer business trends and communicate forecasts internally
• Review the financial and operational performance of the business with the customer and investigate required changes in order to achieve account profitability targets
• Communicate effectively with the customer ensuring information is communicated both to and from the customer in a timely and relevant way
• Manage a successful communication flow between all internal, group and external parties to exceed customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators:-
1 & 3 year plan – achievement of revenue & PBIT targets
New business acquisition - incremental contractual relationships
Productivity – pipeline activity, customer contacts
To attend and participate in team meetings to review and enhance the performance of the department
