THE OPPORTUNITY:
My client is looking for a sparky candidate, who ideally eventually wants to study. For the right candidate, study will be supported and fully paid for. You will start doing the sales ledger and credit control, then progressing up the ranks.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Checking rates and nominal coding of sales transactions
• Processing and batching sales invoices
• Requesting purchase orders from customers as required
• Matching purchase orders and POD's to invoices
• Distribution of invoices by email/post
• Scanning and electronic filing of documentation as necessary
• Daily banking and posting of cash
• Sales ledger query investigation and resolution
• Working closely with the credit controller
