THE OPPORTUNITY:
Are you looking for a new role as a Semi – Senior with a friendly and enthusiastic team based in Sheffield? My client is a growing practice who are looking to continue to grow the business by appointing a new Semi-Senior following the promotion of the previous Semi-Senior to junior partner.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of financial statements for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies (majority of their businesses turnover c£500,000 or less)
• Ad-hoc bookkeeping work
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
• Preparation of corporation tax computations
• Liaising with clients on an ad-hoc basis where required to discuss questions / queries
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Essential:
It is essential you have a minimum of 12 months experience working in practice in a role similar to the one detailed above. If you are immediately available my client may also consider recruiting this role on a temporary to permanent basis too if preferred.
