THE OPPORTUNITY:
A temp to perm opportunity has arisen with my client based in Derbyshire. This role is likely to be made permanent after a three month period for the right candidate.
THE ROLE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively manage all aspects of customer services within the transport department
Receive and effectively respond to all incoming telephone calls and e-mails
Brief and de-brief drivers, issuing paperwork and keys
Monitor and report performance on all deliveries
Detail and react to customer complaints to a satisfactory outcome, and in a timely manner
Support other team members, including assisting warehouse department
Pre-empt, and efficiently report all failed deliveries to the relevant personnel.
Produce and present KPI reports
