THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently recruiting for an established Local Authority in Leicestershire. Our client requires an experienced Accountant who has experience of completing Year End close within a Local Authority environment. You will be responsible for Year End close under IFRS, production of Financial Statements, implementation of process improvement and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting obligations. This is an interim position and is likely to last for 2-3 months.
