Recruitment specialist Macildowie has announced plans to take on a record number of new graduate trainees.
The company, which operates across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire,Derbyshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire, will welcome a total of 16 newrecruits to its long-running Talent Pool scheme over the next 12 months – thebiggest intake in Macildowie’s history
Each will receive comprehensive sales training on candidate sourcingand researching markets. They will also get the chance to work with both activeand passive job seekers, before hopefully going on to become a fully fledgedconsultant.
The trainees will join Macildowie, which specialises in HR, financeand procurement and supply chain recruitment, in four groups over the comingmonths.
Amongst the first group is business economics graduate Chris Huffenand former HR and training administrator Sophie Steenberg. They will be joinedby Rebecca Downes, who previously worked as a business payments advisor.
