With a brand established over 30 years ago, we recruit across 8 core disciplines some locally and some nationally from our Nottingham and Leicester offices.

A bit about what you would be doing:
Relationships are at the heart of everything we do and key to success will be working hard to build meaningful connections with the best candidates in the market, engage with clients and manage the whole recruitment process with a real focus on adding value and a consultative approach.
Identifying talent in a market, matching candidates not only on skill but soft skills and competencies.
Growing your personal brand both in person and on-line, using digital training to help you develop your market.
Using our award winning value proposition to create job opportunities with customers and connect them with the best candidates in the market.

What we need from you in return:
An ability to bounce-back: Recruitment can be challenging but it is also incredibly rewarding. The key is how you approach it; you'll need to be able to bounce back from challenges, positively learn and grow from mistakes and keep a can-do attitude throughout.
Passion: A pro-active approach is key to succeeding so if you really like diving in, learning to create opportunities for both you and your team and building relationships; this role could be perfect for you.
Communication: To help establish and grow your relationships you'll need to be a good verbal and written communicator, able to adapt your approach to different types of people.
Experience: You'll have previously worked in a recruitment environment, either running your own desk or supporting as a Resourcer or similar Talent Acquisition role.
