What is the background to this appointment?
John has known Macildowie for many years through his work as Chairman of Elite Leaders, a London-based recruitment industry group. He joined the board at Macildowie as Strategic Advisor in November 2018 to help the board shape its future development plans. I have personally known John for over ten years and am incredibly excited at the prospect of working with someone I consider to be “The Godfather” of The Recruitment Industry.
What is John’s role?
John has been appointed non-executive Chairman at Macildowie to bring unrivalled industry experience to bear on shaping and delivering the strategic plans for the business. Macildowie has grown to become a strong brand in its chosen locations and sectors and supported by John’s chairmanship, the potential in the Macildowie brand can be fully realized. John’s appointment represents a long-term commitment to enable the company to successfully deliver its strategic growth objectives.
