Halfords is the UK’s leading retailer of automotive and leisure products and leading independent operator in garage servicing and auto repair.
Halfords floated on the stock market in the summer of 2004, the first time in its history it has been publicly quoted. In that financial year, they turned over £578m through their 400 stores and generated an operating profit of £65.5m.
Their Head Office is based in the town of Redditch, approximately 15 miles south of Birmingham.
